Whoops, Almost Forgot It’s April 20th.

This isn’t the first time this happened. Last year on 4/20 I went for a jog through Golden Gate Park, leaving my apartment at roughly 4pm, only to stumble upon Hippie Hill packed with bridge-and-tunnel stoners eager to spark up at 4:15. (It’s the spiked haircuts, Famous Stars & Straps T-shirts, and girls in short-shorts that gives them away.)

Anyway, if you were looking for something to do on Hitler’s Birthday International Get-Stoned Day (official name), you could always take Thrillist’s advice and skip off work a little early to head down to the Noc Noc, your favorite Snorks-Themed underwater beer bar in the Lower Haight, for the launch party of Pipes 2 the People, which is exactly like Netflix except it’s for smoking implements instead of foreign movies that are only good if you’re already baked.

Alternatively, you could just be a normal San Franciscan Human and stop acting like you need to celebrate that one time a couple of high school kids got baked in San Rafael.
